How to get started:

• Send me a message on Instagram @lunamezzastudio
• (discussion can be continued via text or email if prefered)
• If you know what you are interested in, include as much information as possible (dimensions, inspo photos, colours...).
• If you are interested in ordering something that I have made in the past, send me the photo for reference, and any changes you would want made (specify dimensions and colours).
• If you are unsure of what exactly you would like, I would love to brainstorm with you and create a unique piece together. 

How long will it take?

• Custom orders will take 4-6 weeks to ship
  • 1 week to create the piece
  • 2 weeks to air dry
  • 1 week to bisque fire, glaze, and complete the final firing
  • I like to keep clients updated during the process with photos and check-ins

How much will it cost?

• We will discuss and agree on the price before getting started on the order. Prices will vary depending on size, type of piece and detail.
• $30 base custom order fee will be added to all custom orders
  • This fee may differ depending on order size / quantity.
• 50% deposit required pre-production. The balance will be paid once shipped, or picked up if order is local.
